I have been a project manager for over a decade now and throughout this time period I have managed to create numerous companies and succeed in all of them.

I make sure that each project is planned, organized and well executed all within the budget and timeline that we have set.

CAMPAIGNS

/ KONSTANTINOU FLOOR

 

Konstantinou Floor is a company that retails flooring supplies & services such as flooring installation and maintenance.

Konstantinou Floor had some digital presence mainly with Goggle Ads however the results they were bringing in were discouraging. Hence, I took up the task of creating both, a new strategy and new campaigns.

While maintaining the original budget, I was able to identify the accurate target group with A/B testing ads and then apply the proper strategy for both, Facebook and Google Ads.

In addition to that my team and I created new content with a view to present Konstantinou Floor’s products and services in a way that embodied the quality that they have.

The results exceeded our original goal proving that with the right strategy any goal can be achieved with any given budget. 

/ SKORDELI PHARMACY

 

Skordeli is a local drugstore that had no digital presence. Their social profiles were inactive and their goal was to attract new customers from the local area.

I decided to not only reactivate their social accounts but also to create a new identity for their brand. My team and I produced new content for the channels that educated and informed the users, creating this way with a bond with the audience.

Moreover, we decided to keep the interest alive by putting on offer all of a brand’s products each week.

Today Skordeli is a digitally active, well known pharmacy that has created long-lasting relationships with its customers through our digital and content strategy.

/ YGIAINEIN

 

Ygiainein has two branches to separate their medical practice from their body hair removal services. The project’s goal was to establish the company in the local market and attract new customers.

At first, we developed a new website that included a blog for which we created product-driven and informative content. Apart from that we took all the photographs that were needed to accompany the new design Ygiainein was given. The content that we produced was suitable for all the channels so we repurposed it to save time and keep the budget as low as possible for our client.

Through our actions, we have created a dynamic image for Ygiainein that is now considered the leader in the local market.

/ AVELE

 

Avele was a new company that we supported since the beginning. We were asked to create the brand’s identity and a promotion strategy.

Having done a scrutinizing research, we created a new logo and sample folders as well as a new website that was designed to inform every user from a retail costumer to a professional or another business that is interested in their services.

In addition to that in our strategy we included SEO, Google Ads and Facebook Ads for a short period of time.

The results were better than what we have anticipated. Thanks to our actions the client was able to gain 45 new clients and create a network of retailers that is still expanding to this day.

/ ROOM 702

 

Room 702 is a company that was founded in 2010 as a graphic design agency and since then it has evolved into a 360 digital agency that emphasizes on Web services.

Throughout all that time I have been the project manager of the company and was in charge of every single project that we had. I have always made sure that we don’t lose our aesthetics which is such a key element to us that we had it incorporated into our motto “Aesthetics follow function”.

Apart from that we consider staying up to day a factor that influences greatly whether we will remain at the top of our field or not while also taking different actions to ensure that.

Our digital strategy includes SEO/SEM, blogging; Google Ads, Facebook Ads and a costumer retain strategy that focuses on informing our clients though our personalized CRM system.

/ HEDGIE

 

Hedgie is my personal project that focuses around eco-friendly and sustainable products.

I have been in charge throughout the whole process, from the creation of Hedgie’s identity, the production, the design, the products, the sales department to the e-shop.

I created an overall strategy that demanded proper organization and coordination between the projects and among my employees. My strategy included creating content for all the channels that we are active on (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok) and all the actions necessary to promote Hedgie through different mediums such as SEO/SEM and Advertorials in well established and relative e-magazines.

/ BRALCO

 

Bralco came to us with a time restricted request that was to prepare them for an expo that was going to take place. We decided that we had to redesign everything related to Bralco that would support them in the upcoming expo.

After the research that we had conducted we proceeded with the improvement on their website and its content, such as copy, videos and photos.

Besides that we created new brochures that were aligned with the brand’s identity and were able to project the message that they wanted to communicate to the reader.
