Easy! Let us know the time and date you are interested in holding a conference call as well as the reason you want to meet for. We will check our availability and will inform you immediately.

Once we mutually agree on the date, we will enter our appointment in Google Calendar where you will be notified. You will then be sent information from the platform on which the video conference will take place (Meeting Id & Login Code).

A reminder will be sent to you shortly before our scheduled meeting. You will use the link sent to you and the login details… That’s all.

We collect the information we need for an integrated planning of Visual Communication actions.

 

FULL BRIEFING SESSION

We analyze your needs in depth and implement the ideal action proposals, with an emphasis on every detail.

REQUESTED INFORMATION

Name, eMail, telephone number, prefered meeting date and time, meeting topic.

We consider it important to mention the following:

  • Our conference call is not recorded.
  • If we do not proceed with cooperation, the information you submitted (name, phone, email) will be deleted from our system one month after our last contact.
  • Our teleconference is done through a secure connection.
